Juanita M. Hannan, Ph.D., directs the Education Research and Budgeting Office. She is responsible to the Dean of the College of Education for accurate accounting and reporting with regard to externally funded projects. She manages the work of ERB staff and serves as liaison and central contact for other offices on campus and, as needed, for funding agencies. Dr. Hannan works closely with the Associate Dean for Research to support greater involvement in research across the College and facilitates those proposals that have an international dimension.

Veronica Bulla provides support to the ERB accounting team. She reviews all financial transactions involving sponsored projects and works with college department and project staff and project PIs to verify the appropriateness of personnel and financial activities and CAS revisions, She also assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to accounting. She prepares monthly telephone billings and monthly status reports on closed accounts, the Procurement Card, and CAS clearing accounts; and distributes quarterly IDC Allocations.
