The Research and Budgeting Center assists with proposal submission (pre-award) – particularly with the budget, submission packet prep and technical editing – and with account set-up and monitoring of awards made to the College of HEST (post-award).

Mission Statement

The mission of the RBC is to ensure that the College of HEST remains connected to the needs of Pre K-20 education, health promotion, clinical service, and community development. We strive to do so by providing the latest research and information in support of the land grant and Hispanic-serving mission of the University.
